It is dependent upon how much the investor is contributing and the value of property intended for acquisition. At present, we advise an upper time limit of maximum of three years, reviewable from time to time and depending on the exigencies of the time.

Every sum deposited is credited to your account in line with the terms and conditions of the investment and the net effect on your overall returns depends on the agreement reached. However, in terms of increase in the initial sums agreed the effect will be to hasten your property acquisition and even improve on the value.

We calculate your contributions so far and apply the rate of returns commensurate with your investment on the properties at the time of entry and issue you a cheque. We however, do notencourage withdrawal as the scheme is specially designed with land and home ownership in mind.

The Company will look at it, invite them to an agreement where a property is allotted to them and arrangement made to ensure they are truly property owners over time.

The Scheme is aimed at purely property ownership empowerment. It is not meant to be an interest bearing instrument, funds placement of loans or any such related financial dealings.
